Usama Fayad is an experienced Sydney podiatrist and podiatric surgery registrar with the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons (ACPS), with more than 10 years of private clinical experience.
He has a particular interest in complex and persistent foot and ankle conditions, including presentations that have not responded to previous treatment. His approach focuses on establishing the diagnosis first, combining clinical assessment, biomechanics and diagnostic imaging where appropriate to develop an individualised treatment plan.
Treatment may include footwear modification, rehabilitation, custom foot orthoses, medication within his endorsed scope of practice, minor procedures and referral for specialist management when indicated.
